Over the past 30 years, JMI's Textile Machinery Department, has been the core business unit, and been able to successfully secure an important share of the textile machinery business in the Indonesian textile market. Being one of the most reputable agencies in Indonesia, for the best European machinery and systems, JMI has, over years, grown from strength to strength, thanks to the mutual strong rapport and unceasing support from the Indonesian textile community.
Our General Machinery Department has also attained notable success in sales of food processing machineries, such as flour milling, feed milling, cocoa and chocolate processing, plus printing ink processing, die casting as well as steel silo storage facilities. This Department also handles the Synthetic Fibre Machinery business, successfully serving the very important man-made fibre industry.
The Spare Part and Accessories Department is well organized to give prompt service to all customers, supporting the machinery sales departments. Internet connectivity with our principals enables us to handle enquiries for any purchases, is also available.
The total strength of the company is 45 persons, including the branch office in Bandung. Out of this number, 20 are active Sales Engineers.
Fully equipped Service Stations staffed by highly trained expatriates and local staff are attached to our Bandung office, to carry out after sales services, and maintenance jobs for the relevant principals' customers (detail see "After Sales").
